Ordering & Shipping

Luxury Clique accepts all major credit cards to include Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, which are available on the shopify platform to include Third Party Payment Services such as Afterpay, etc. Be sure to include your correct billing and shipping addresses at checkout.

If we discover that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will fulfill the remaining items from your order, and you will receive an email confirming the items in your order that were processed. You will only be charged for items that are in-stock and processed. If all of the items on your order are out of stock, then your order will be cancelled, your credit card charge will be voided, and a notification email will be sent to you explaining the reason for cancellation.  Please ensure that your account email and delivery address for shipment is correct.  Any error in shipping addresses will not be held responsible by Luxury Clique or parent companies and affiliates.

Pick-Ups

Pick-ups are not allowed at this time unless you have an in person appointment or a designated scheduled approved pick-up.  All pick-ups have to be coordinated at our customer service email at info@loveluxuryclique.com 


Shipping 

We have a flat rate shipping of $15.00 for all orders to the 50 contiguous states. We can also ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping over $150 is FREE.

We use USPS, UPS and FedEx depending on the location for your delivery.  Delivery times depend on the distance the package must travel and other factors,  Please review your tracking email for logistics of your package.  

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. You will receive an email with shipping information when your package has shipped, unless otherwise specified from Luxury Clique or our Logistic Partners.
